RetirExpert also aims to create new opportunities for retired professionals to remain professionally engaged by sharing their knowledge with businesses and the next generation. Its philosophy is summed up in the message, “Experience Never Retires.”
Founder Towhid Hossain said many professionals spend 30 or 40 years developing expertise in their fields, but much of that valuable experience remains underused after retirement. At the same time, businesses and entrepreneurs often face challenges that experienced professionals have already encountered during their careers.
According to Hossain, RetirExpert is not designed to bring retired professionals back into traditional employment. Instead, it seeks to ensure their experience can be used where it can make a meaningful difference—helping businesses avoid costly mistakes, supporting entrepreneurs in decision-making and mentoring younger professionals.
RetirExpert is an initiative of FIFOTech Professional Services Inc. The platform began its journey in the United States and plans to expand to Bangladesh and other countries, with a long-term goal of building a global network connecting experienced professionals with those seeking their expertise.
